Dacko Gordon is a seasoned real estate professional, investor, entrepreneur, and problem-solver with more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry.

His real estate journey began in 2001, when he earned his first real estate license in the state of Georgia. What started as a career in real estate sales grew into a much broader understanding of the industry—one that eventually included real estate investing, acquisitions, property renovations, wholesaling, and helping property owners navigate challenging situations.

Over the years, Dacko has developed experience across multiple markets throughout Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, giving him a firsthand perspective on changing markets, property values, negotiations, distressed properties, and the opportunities that exist beyond traditional real estate transactions.

As an investor, Dacko has primarily focused on fix-and-flip opportunities, along with wholesaling and other creative acquisition strategies. Through his company, 4 Legacy Solutions Group, he has pursued opportunities involving motivated sellers, distressed properties, inherited properties, code violations, tax-delinquent properties, and other situations where a creative solution can benefit both the property owner and the investor.

His approach to real estate has always been centered around one fundamental principle: Take Action.

Dacko believes that success in real estate isn’t simply about finding a property—it is about understanding people, identifying problems, creating solutions, negotiating effectively, and having the courage to act when an opportunity presents itself.

His career has also given him a unique appreciation for the importance of relationships.
